To provide, operate and improve the service, including matching you with a driver and calculating fares.

To keep passengers and drivers safe, including live trip monitoring, incident investigation and fraud prevention.

To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations in Pakistan.

To communicate with you about your trips, account and, where you have opted in, product news.

With drivers, limited to the information required to complete your trip.

With payment processors, cloud hosting providers and analytics providers acting on our instructions under contract.

With corporate account administrators, where your trip is billed to a corporate account, limited to trip and cost data.

With authorities where required by law or to protect the safety of a person.

We do not sell personal data.

Trip and financial records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and transport regulation.

Location traces linked to individual accounts are aggregated or de-identified after 24 months.

You can request deletion of your account at any time; records we must retain by law are kept in restricted form.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.

You may withdraw consent to optional communications and analytics cookies at any time.

Requests can be sent to privacy@voltgo.pk and are answered within thirty days.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-restricted and audited, and we run regular third-party security assessments.
