Terms & Conditions

These terms form a contract between you and VoltGo Mobility (Pvt) Ltd when you use our app, website, rides or charging network.

By creating an account or completing a trip you accept these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to hold a VoltGo account.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Accounts may not be shared, resold or used on behalf of an undisclosed third party.

The fare quoted at the moment of confirmation is the fare charged, subject only to changes you make to the route during the trip.

Surge multipliers are disclosed before confirmation and never exceed 1.4x.

Tolls, parking and government levies, where applicable, are itemised separately.

Cancellations within two minutes of booking are free; later cancellations may incur a fee.

Seatbelts must be worn by all occupants. Smoking, vaping and alcohol consumption are not permitted in any vehicle.

Damage caused to a vehicle beyond ordinary use may be recharged to the account holder at documented cost.

Drivers may end a trip where a passenger's conduct creates a safety risk.

VoltGrid bays are available to any compatible electric vehicle, subject to posted tariffs and site rules.

Idle fees apply where a vehicle remains connected after a session completes during peak hours.

We are not liable for damage caused by faults originating in a vehicle's own charging system.

Payment is taken automatically on the payment method registered to your account at the end of each trip or charging session.

Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly under the terms of their corporate agreement, which prevails over these terms where they conflict.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, our aggregate liability arising from any trip is limited to the value of that trip.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed appointments, flights or business opportunities.

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity or conduct that endangers others.

You may close your account at any time from within the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have exclusive jurisdiction.
